Country guide methodology

Numeric GTM ordering on cards comes from the vetted SourcedFact fields in countries.ts (census, BLS, CMS, CDC, etc.). Separately, each country may show an editorial Content roadmap panel sourced from an internal Notion database export (CSV + markdown dossiers under notion-knowledge-base/). That export captures founder prioritization, national regulator orientation links for software-based medical devices, and plain-language market notes — not legal clearance, clinical advice, or a ranking of care quality. Rows marked Drafted in Notion remain subject to counsel and medical review before any product launch decision; we surface them here only to explain why some hubs receive deeper public copy first.
